TPAC NETWORK COVERED SHAHRINAV AND PYANDJ |
Public Foundation for the development of Third Party Arbitration Courts and Legal Support Centres “Arbitrazh” is expending its number of LSCs implementing TPAC in Tajikistan. A new center, which is the branch of Gissar LSC, was opened in Shahrinav in October 19, 2007. Representatives of the Hukumats, Mass Media (TV and press) and the “Arbitrazh” management team participated in the opening ceremony.
«The reason for opening the branch is first of all increasing amount of appeals, which shows demand of Shahrinav population in Legal Support Centres. I hope that the branch will meet the needs and requirements of the population and build trust among people towards its activities» - was remarked by the Hukumat Chairman of Shahrinav district, Dodoboev M..
The branch will provide the population with legal consultation, mediation services and will try its best to resolve disputes.
Guests and participants wished good luck to the newly opened branch and expressed their desire on future cooperation.
It is necessary to point out, that in Pyandj in cooperation with NGO “Khairkhoi Zamon” there have been organized the information centre in order to disseminate TPAC in the remote areas.
